To really dig into your heart and drag all those secret dreams out into the light, as well as any issues/thoughts/anxiety you might be experiencing when you think of your dreams and goals and attempt to feel them as being already achieved...

Write them down, make a list and keep adding to it - this will be the basis of where we start our work.
