Your thoughts determine the quality of your life and reality and, more importantly, what experience it can transform in to…
It is that simple.
The theory of The Law of Attraction says that what we project into the universe directly comes back to us to affect our lives either positively or negatively. It’s the old adage of, “What goes around comes around.”
Creating a better life for yourself means that you need rid your mind of negative thoughts and consciously begin to install new and more positive ways of thinking.
Whether it be about things that are occurring or that are imminent happenings in your life.
You believe what you think about most.
And what you believe is what shapes your life and any experiences in it.
Whether you believe you can, or believe you can’t – you’re right!
Knowing this, you can see how your thoughts and way of thinking have a direct impact in your life.
So – change your way of thinking and you’ll change your life. “But, it’s not that easy”, you may initially think. You may even have tried to change a way of thinking and habits many times, just to see yourself reverting back to your old habit.
And you know why?
Because our thinking is based on habitual synapses firing directly within our physical brain. And since synapses are physiological they can not be changed as such. Which means habits cannot be changed.
You read that right.
And I’ll even repeat it:
Habits cannot be changed.
Really! It is a proven, scientific fact.
(But don’t fret just yet).
So just stop beating yourself up for whatever habits you’ve tried to change. It is not your fault. It is simply the way your brain is currently wired.
But don’t use that as an excuse to drift like a boat at sea without a sail – left for the forces of nature to decide your fate… “It’s not me, it’s my brain, I can’t help it” and then never change status quo.
Not at all.
That would just be a BS excuse. An abdication of responsibility.
Because the choice is yours. Entirely yours, actually.
And you don’t want to change it.
You want to REWIRE it.
And you can use the Law of Attraction to help you do just that.
But first of all you got to want something new and better.
And what you then can do, and that works really, really well, is to consciously take control and choose to install (not change) and rewire a new thought pattern – install a new and better habit that suits your goal.
A habit and a way of thinking, that is ideal in order to attract whatever it is you wish to experience.
Again, you don’t change your habit, you consciously install a new and better synapse to be fired inside your brain, that will overwrite the old, habitual (negative) way of thinking – the old synapsis – with a new and more positive inclined one.
Just like you upgrade an old computer with new, better and faster software.
You don’t change the software of your brain.
You overwrite it with new and better synapses and habit that fires more quickly. The principles of your brain works exactly the same as the computer.
Rewriting your inner thought-program enables you to harness the power of the Law of Attraction in a conscious way to in turn attract and create more of the good stuff into your life.
Now how do we do that?
One surefire way is repetition.
When you repeat something often enough times, you slowly overwrite the old way of thinking and acting, and it becomes the new habit.
Just like how you learned to walk, or bicycle, or drive a car. Or how you always react when your parents or friends say something in a specific tone, that drives you right through the roof, whether they meant it as you “heard” it.
It is all habits, baby. Nothing more.
Just as winning a gold medal in the Olympics takes time and practice, so does thinking positive thoughts.
A chosen repetition will in time and with enough practise overwrite your old way of thinking/reacting.
The positive one becomes a new and better habit in your life.
So, here is a couple of Law of Attraction ways acting you can consider making into new synapses to be fired in your brain. And thereby become habits, in order for you to turn your thoughts around and get what you want out of life:
Think about what you desire
Do you want a new career? A good relationship? Lose weight?
Then, you have to think as if it’s already here and present in your life, rather than the wishing and the emptiness you feel of not having those things.
How are you acting and how does it feel now you finally are the CEO of your own company?
What type of clothing are you wearing now you slimmed down to your ideal weight?
How wonderful is it now to be in that dream relationship you longed for all those years?
How does it feel now you are driving that gorgeous Tesla car on a daily basis?
How amazing are these feelings of [ insert dream goal here ] now you finally have it and it came to you so much faster and easier than you had thought possible?
Actually feel those feelings.
Keep practicing and those feelings will eventually turn into reality. And even more so if you also remember to put inspired action behind the thoughts.
Think and feel emotions such as gratitude, passion and love
These are positive thoughts that will invite positive things and reactions into your life. The trick here is that if something happens that can be considered negative in your life – even though you’re thinking positive – you choose to take control and not let the negative control your life.
Change the thought around.
Flip your reaction.
Always be looking for the silver lining.
No matter how crappy a situation, we can always learn something from it. If we choose to look for it, that is. Which in turn means we can heal it too.
This also means we never lose as such – we either win or learn. Which, in a sense, is the same as winning every time.
Gratitude and love is the mother of all attraction. The more you are grateful for and appreciative of, the more Source will bring you to appreciate.
Create positive thought patterns
Positive thinking exercises can help you attract more of what you desire.
As said, when you consciously think positively, it slowly becomes more of a habit.
As a reaction to whatever thoughts you hold, your belief system is rewired. And your subconscious mind begins to create situations that can bring people and circumstances that you need in your life that fits those thoughts, desires, and goals – and what you believe possible.
You can read inspirational books, heal yourself or, like me, listen to inspirational audiobooks at any and all time you can as you go about your day. Particularly when commuting.
There are times I commute several hours a day, and I always stuff my brain with positive and motivational audiobooks.
Doing this supports you in rewiring your brain – to install your new and more positive habits, as well as (if you listen to the right books) will give you a gentle and loving kick in the butt to actually begin taking action towards your dreams. And make those dreams and way of thinking a reality.
It works. I promise. Just keep listening to the good stuff and take it in.
There are many ways to exercise your mind toward positive thinking. Online help is available, as are some very well-written books about the subject.

Choose to consciously use repetition and positive emotion to install new and better thoughts and habits in your brain – and thereby your life.
While creating new synapses and turning them into new and positive thinking habits, that in turn attracts what you want in life, can take a little time, it is a lot faster and way easier than you may currently think.
You just need a little patience while you day by day consistently remind yourself to choose and install new and better thoughts. And then notice how you begin feeling better and attract more and more amazing things and experiences into your life.
It truly is worth it.
